Summit County Resort Sales Remain UP

Interesting: As the county approaches the final two months of 2012 the number of residential properties under contract are up 14% and the number of properties already sold this year are up 14.5%.

Up overall and, yet, down this past week by -26% for properties going under contract and -13.5% for the number of showings as compared to the same week in 2011 and showing activity is down -10% for the month of October.

Average sold price is flat countywide while the average sold price per square foot is down -2%.

The North Side of the county sales are up 18.5% and the average sold price is up 4.7% while the average sold price per square foot is down. The South Side of the county sales are up 9% and the average sold price is down about -1% as is the average sold price per square foot (-2%).
