Officially, sold properties surpass 2011!

It is official: The number of residential sold properties in Summit County has surpassed the 2011 year end total! In addition, last year from today until year end there were a 148 properties that closed and if this year is the same the county will end the year with a 13% gain.

Today the county is at a 15.8% gain in the number of sold residential properties. The North Side of the county is almost at a 21% gain and the South Side is at a 9% gain.

The average sold price for Summit County Residential sales is up a half a percentage point (+0.5%). The North Side of the county is up 3.9% and the South Side is minus about a half a percentage point (-0.6%). Oh, and the average sold price per square foot is down across the board or county.

Active listings today are down -14.6% and the total residential properties in the county that are under contract is also down by a half a percentage point (-0.5%). Learn more detail at http://WeeklyREActivity.com .
